New Zealand : $6 on all orders under $100.
Australia: $25 for tracked economy shipping.

Please note that all of our clothing items are made to order. If you have ordered a made to order item and it has been 4 weeks and you have not received a shipping update, please email us. If it has not been 4 weeks, we will be in contact with a shipping update as soon as it is ready and we are so grateful for your patience.
We accept returns on all items (except final sale) for refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. An RA number must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in original condition with all tags attached, and must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that do not the meet the aforementioned requirements.
If you are hoping to exchange an item, please reach out to us to arrange the exchange item. The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) for a refund is not covered nor reimbursed by Monday Journal.
Any items marked final sale are ineligible for a return or exchange. Please choose carefully and contact us if you have any questions before ordering.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the email. We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) and provide you with details on how to proceed with your return.
Once the items have been received, you will be contacted about the progress of your refund. We highly recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.
