A new take on a classic beanie style.
This is an easy, beginner-friendly knitting pattern.
This pattern can be knitted in a single colour, two colours, or ten. It is a great way of using up any scrap yarn you have lying around from previous projects.
The entire beanie is knitted in garter stitch in 8 mm (US 11) needles. For this reason, it is the PERFECT beginner’s project to help you gain confidence with some knitting basics.

Materials Required
Materials Required
- Needles: 8 mm (US 11) straight knitting needles (30 cm / 12 in)
- Yarn: 2 x 50 g balls of 12 ply mohair & possum yarn (total 100 g / 200 m / 219 yd)
OR leftover assorted 12 ply yarn totalling 100 g / 200 m / 219 yd
Suggested yarns: Touch Yarns, Wool & The Gang, African Expressions
