How long will it take to arrive?

Our Kits take roughly 2-3 business days to ship within New Zealand. All Knitting Patterns are amiled to you in a PDF format.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on all items (except final sale) for refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. An RA number must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in original condition with all tags attached, and must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that do not the meet the aforementioned requirements.

If you are hoping to exchange an item, please reach out to us to arrange the exchange item.  The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) for a refund is not covered nor reimbursed by Monday Journal. 

Any items marked final sale are ineligible for a return or exchange. Please choose carefully and contact us  if you have any questions before ordering.
