Materials Required

  • 6mm (US 10) straight knitting needles (30 cm / 12 in)
  • 4mm (US 6) straight knitting needles (30 cm / 12 in)
  • Tapestry needle
  • Yarn snips
  • Measuring tape
  • 1 x Colour A - Mohair & Possum 12 Ply Brushed Mohair (approx. 100 m / 109 yds per 50 g skein)
  • 1 x Colour B - Mohair & Possum 12 Ply Brushed Mohair (approx. 100 m / 109 yds per 50 g skein)

Gauge

16 sts x 21 rows = 10 cm / 4 in in stocking stitch on 6 mm (US 10) needles

Skill Level

Intermediate. You should be comfortable with:

  • Knit and purl stitches
  • Reading your knitting (knowing your RS from WS, and purls from knits)
  • Working flat
  • Mattress stitch for seaming
  • Intarsia knitting technique
