A very easy and beginner-friendly lace shawl knitting pattern. 

Perfect for layering or wearing on its own! It's quick and easy to knit up. 

This is a lace weight knit which has a lovely drape when finished due to the fluffy mohair yarn and chunky needles. 

This knitting pattern is for a PDF download for sizes XS (S, M, L, XL) au/uk sizing. 

Materials Required

  • 12 mm (US 17) straight knitting needles (30 cm / 12 in)
  • 2 x 100g skein Touch Yarns 12 ply Brushed Mohair (approx. 210 m / 230 yd)
  • Tapestry needle
  • Measuring tape
  • Yarn snips

Gauge

9 stitches and 11 rows = 10 cm / 4" in stocking stitch using 12mm (US 17) needles.

Skill Level

This is an easy Shawl.

-Knit & Purl Stitches

-Bind Off

-Mattress stitch.
